Well two weeks ago we were in the fantastic location of Orlando to shoot a wedding with our good friend/photographer Mike Richards. The location for the bridal preps was The Portofino Hotel at Universal, Orlando. Famed for the big film stars which regularly use it! It was absolutely fantastic.
We met up with Valerie for the first time and soon got into the job in hand, creating great images of her.
Time flew by and we were soon on our way to Windemere (not the Lake District!) where we met up with Sandro and the rest of the party.
A beautiful location for a wonderful wedding.

For those of you that follow us on Facebook you will know that we are currently in Florida.
Well tomorrow (Saturday) we are shooting a wedding with a good international photographer friend of ours Mike Richards. In return he will be coming over to England in September to shoot with us at one of our weddings. Can’t wait for either wedding as both promise to give our brides something a little different. Check back here for an update of how tomorrows wedding went.
Well we got down to Silverstone last weekend and saw some great bike action.
As before if any of you bike racing fans out there would like a copy of any of the images just send an email for details.
We went down courtesy of Karl Harris’ team this weekend and got some great pics of him and garage team mate Joe Dickinson from the Supersports class.Joe lives quite local so it was good to meet him at last. We had a great day.
In three weeks we will be going to Valencia for the Moto GP, hopefully we should be getting our passes through very soon.

Well we finally arrived back in the UK early this morning, We got up at 8am Friday morning (Florida time), got on the plane at 4.30pm and arrived back at Manchester airport around 6.30am British Time, so we’re now a little tired, although we did manage to get a couple of hours sleep once we got home around 8am!
We have had an absolutely fantastic time, and appreciate all the email’s, pm’s & text messages we have received wishing us a good trip. We can’t wait to go back later in the year and I have already been checking out flight prices for October time!
While we we’re over in Florida we met up with another husband and wife team who live in Apopka, Florida (nr Orlando), Mike and Lauren. Mike offered me the chance to second shoot at a wedding he was covering on Saturday, but I only had a compact camera so had to decline. Instead we met up for a steak night at a great restaurant called the Outback Steak House. We had a great time with them, not long enough really. I met Mike on a pro photographers forum I use, but this was the first time we have met in person. All of us got on so well, it was though we had known each other for ever. We made such good friends that we are planning a cruise together probably for next year… can’t wait.
So back to today, we’re now getting everything ready for tomorrow’s wedding the wedding of Katy & Sean. This promises to be a great wedding as these two have loads of energy & enthusiasm. I’ll post the slideshow tomorrow night depending on what time we finish. And once i’ve loaded all the pics from our holiday into the computer i’ll post a few favourites.
